We are offering a special self- quarantine package to serve everyone 

Rooms will be on a separate area of the hotel away from non-isolation guests. Quarantine Guests must stay INSIDE their rooms for the full quarantine/isolation period. Any food that is ordered/linen supplies that are requested, will be dropped off outside the guest rooms door. Trash will be allowed to be left in the corridor, just outside the room where housekeeping will clear it. Daily housekeeping cleaning service is unavailable during this time. These terms will be strictly enforced for the health and well being of all of our guests and team members. 

 

 

 

 

 

Covid-19 Protocols In our Hotel

As we we assist all Canadians and B.C. Residents in providing them a comfortable 3 night mandatory stay awaiting for their Covid-19 results, we do so with safety, security and the well being of all our guests and employees as our main priority. Abercorn Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel has answered the call from the Government of Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada, in assistance with the mandatory three-night hotel isolation procedure to support the safety of our fellow Canadians.                   3 Days Government-Approved Quarantine GAA Package

 

Package Includes:

 

- 3 nights accommodations

- Quarantine fee

 

Quarantine Fee Includes:

 

- 3 Meals per person per day 

Our Meal package features the option of Regular (Non-Vegetarian) and Vegetarian Meals, the menus are fixed depending on the day. Meals will be delivered to the doorstep at a specific time depending on Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. 

- Shuttle bus pickup from YVR airport

Transportation From Airport to Hotel.

Our shuttle bus is arranged to be picked up at the right hand side at the international tunnel in between bay 3 to 15, guests are allowed to drive themselves to the hotel with their private vehicle but it has to be parked at the airport and within walking distance from the airport. Guests have to drive directly to the hotel and not stop for gas, food or other items. For additional information please visit the Government of Canada Website.

Cancellation booking Policy/Government Authorized Accommodation Package
Free cancellation 48 hours before the arrival date. If travelers are unable to travel to their prepaid destination due to flight cancellations, emergency trip-cancellations, flight interruption or re-routing, the hotel will consider refunds on a case by case basis. 

In-Stay Refunds/Government Authorized Accommodation Package
The mandatory 3- night quarantine stay is a fully prepaid, non refundable rate that will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. if a negative test result is received earlier than 3 days, travelers are permitted to leave the designated hotel; however no refunds will be issued for the balance of the stay

During the Stay - Quarantine Guest
Quarantine guests are advised not to leave their room during these times. If necessary, the guest must contact front desk personnel for requests.

Deposit
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. All reservations require a full payment at time of booking. If you are paying using another person's credit card the card, the owner must fill up a 3rd party credit card authorization form and should be sent to us at reservations@abercorn-inn.com, or hand in the form at time of check in. Refundable Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of 100 CAD is required alongside the Room and Tax amount. Guests must have a valid credit card upon check-in. You will be reimbursed within 5-7 days from the check-out date. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pet Policy
A one time pet cleaning of 25 dollars will be collected upon check in,  guests will need to inform the front desk of when they would bring their dog our for a walk and are only allowed to walk their pet outside the hotel within the premises.

Smoking Policy
Abercorn Residence is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Please note that smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building. All associates have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy, and violators will we charged with $300 excessive cleaning fee, due at the time of check out.
